Established in 1997 and registered with the Department of Social Services in 2000 (Reg: Nat-295/2000), PDO bridges the gap between rural grassroots realities and global development capital. We reject short-term handouts in favor of permanent community resilience.
People’s Empowerment & Inclusion
Targeted dropout prevention, tiered scholarships (25%, 50%, 100%), second-chance academic reintegration, and social inclusion for marginalized youth, Dalits, ethnic minorities, and persons with disabilities.
Climate Resilience & Ecosystems
Moving beyond token sapling distribution through our 250,000 “Tree Guardian” roadmap, quarterly plant survival M&E, river protection campaigns (Narad River), and circular zero-waste community models.
Innovation & Strategic Partnership
Leveraging TVET vocational hubs (Bahadurpur Tech), “Janatar Bazar” anti-middleman agricultural hubs, digital mental health apps (“Monbarta”), and seamless execution with SRI Welfare Foundation.
